I recently bought Space Engineers and tried it out for the first time today. Here is what happened in my first 90 minutes.
I started to learn how to build a spaceship. On grass. It wasn’t my smartest choice, especially when I got attacked by the (mechanical?) dogs. Who knew spaceships weren’t meant to be built on grass.
Holy shit a meteor shower. Let’s stand in awe and hope that it doesn’t hit me (it didn’t thankfully).
My first spaceship. I named her Betty. Betty was going to take me to space.
I could feel I was leaving the atmosphere.
Wait, are the mountains growing?
No, the mountains were not growing. I was descending. Fast. And with one landing gear, I can say the landing was not good. R.I.P. Betty (08-14-2016 – 08-14-2016). We knew so little about you.
I quit the game after this.
